When you believe in God completely, you will not feel even a bit of fear in mind. Because that’s how strong we all really are and moving closer to God just makes us realize that. You would feel so confident such that you will not choose to step back even when a battalion of army wages a war with you.
Fear exists in several forms. One of those kinds is when you’d commit a mistake, just like how Adam and Eve felt after committing their first sin in the Eden Garden. They ate the fruit that the God had instructed not to and when they came to their senses later, they chose to hide from the sight of God. If you are also feeling the same, do not worry. Our God is an amazing God. Come to him and confess your sins through repentance.
Repentance, you know is the first step of realizing your mistake and God really loves that.
In the Old Testament, you would observe that God loved David so much. Even when David committed sins, God forgave him and continued to bless his children. So be like David. I am not talking about the part with the sin. My point here is that you should repent like David and put an end to all your sins.
The other kind of fear is when you think that someone else is going to attack you or disturb your life. Even in this case, you will not have to worry, because our Amazing God is always there with his best team of Angels to guard you against every single danger just like how he has been guarding you all along since your childhood.
Read the following verses from the Mathew. These are the own words of our Lord Jesus Christ on why we should not worry in life.
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can anyone of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you — you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
And guess what, God and his team of angels just fought with the devil while you were reading this post and you have made God victorious. Read Bible every day and keep all your troubles away from your life. Let us know your concerns by commenting in the comments section below. We’d love to hear about it from you.
